FAQs
Will there be a coat check? Yes. Coat check is available on the first floor, at E 8th Street entrance doors.
What is my table number? Table numbers will be assigned and emailed to the contact listed in Greater Giving. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Do I need to check in at the luncheon? No. If you received your table number via email, you do not need to check in upon arrival.
Can I enter the luncheon room before 12:15 p.m.? No. Guests may not access their tables until cocktail hour has concluded.
When is the raffle? The raffle will be drawn after lunch is served. Tickets may be purchased until the drawing takes place. Cash, card, and check are all accepted. Winners do not need to be present to win.
Is there an open bar? Drinks during cocktail hour may be purchased with tickets provided by the Hilton; cash or card is accepted. Wine will be served during the luncheon.

Please bring an unwrapped children’s gift, gift card, or to for Catholic Charities Celebration of Giving Toy Drive.
Your donation will be distributed to children and families in need this Christmas season. Gifts to the toy drive will be collected at the base of the staircase to the Hilton Grand Ballroom.
For over 70 years, Catholic Charities Celebration of Giving has been bringing joy and hope to families who might otherwise not be able to celebrate the holiday season. Last year, the Celebration of Giving distributed gifts, toys, and necessities to over 25,000 children and families in need. Many thanks to the generosity of local families, parishes, schools, and businesses.
